Return/Refund Policy

Southern Reclaimed Salvage Barn is a small family owned and operated business just outside of Huntsville, Alabama.  Almost everything we do is based on customer supplied specifications.  But, please remember, we are a very small business and don't have the ability to accept returns on customer ordered items based on cost, especially custom orders for furniture, doors, flooring, lumber, etc...

 

Custom orders that are milled to customer specifications such items ripped to certain sizes, planed, straight-lined or moulded are non-refundable.

Please notify us within 3 business days if items are damaged during transit.

We will exchange, credit, or refund damaged material and file a damage claim with the carrier.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is damaged during shipment or you received the wrong product.
